Say it the way you would say it
English, Hindi, Arabic and Malay — or any of them mixed with English in one sentence. “Kal 11 baje”, “2 lakh”, “RM 50 ribu”, “بكرة الساعة ١٠” and “next Tuesday” are all understood.
CRM for small to large teams
Root Digit CRM replaces the spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the “who’s following up?” message. Track your pipeline, send quotes, get paid — without switching tools.
Voice
Walk out of the meeting, tap the microphone and say what happened. The CRM writes the note, works out what it means for the deal, and asks you to confirm. Or open it and tell Amie what you want. In English, Hindi, Arabic and Malay, on the web and in the Android app, on the Intelligence plan.
Spoke to Ravi, deal pakki ho gayi, 2 lakh final. Kal 11 baje agreement bhejna hai.

Add task
English, Hindi, Arabic and Malay — or any of them mixed with English in one sentence. “Kal 11 baje”, “2 lakh”, “RM 50 ribu”, “بكرة الساعة ١٠” and “next Tuesday” are all understood.
The words become a tidy note on the record, and the CRM proposes what they point to: the stage, the amount, the close date, the next step, a follow-up task with its day and time, a new phone number.
Open the CRM and Amie asks what you want. Say it: who has not paid, what is on today, remind me to call Ravi tomorrow. She answers from your records, and anything she would make or change comes as a card you confirm with one tap.
Speech is turned into text in the browser or on the phone. Root Digit never receives or stores a recording — only the words reach the CRM.
Get paid faster
The CRM learns how each customer pays you, chases the ones who will be late, and tests which reminders bring the money in sooner. On the Intelligence plan.
WhatsApp before the due date: paid 6 days sooner than email on the due date, between 3 and 9 — 140 invoices.
Every unpaid invoice gets a likely pay date and the chance it is late, learned from how that customer has paid you before — with the reasons in plain words.
Unpaid invoices placed where they are likely to land, beside what is simply due, so the month's cash is not a guess.
Off until you switch them on. Before the due date for customers who are usually late, on it, then after it — by email or WhatsApp, under your company's name — and they stop the moment the invoice is paid.
Test two ways of reminding on your own invoices. The CRM says which got paid sooner, by how much and how sure it is, and switches only when you say so.
See it in action
From the scattered spreadsheet and the “who’s following up?” message to a pipeline your whole team can see — and the quote, the invoice and the payment that follow.
How it works
Most CRMs stop at the deal and hand you to another tool for the quote, the invoice and the payment — which is exactly where the numbers start to drift apart. Every step on the left happens on the same record, and nobody retypes anything.
A lead becomes a contact, a company and a deal in one step. The name is typed once, by whoever typed it first — often the customer, on a form.
The quote, the tax, the invoice and the payment live on the record they belong to. Nothing is copied into a spreadsheet to be reconciled later, because nothing left.
A lead form fills itself in, an accepted quote becomes an invoice, and a payment marks that invoice paid. The thread moves forward whether or not anyone is watching it.
What it does
Contacts and a pipeline are the easy part, and every CRM has them. What decides whether a team stays is whether the quote, the invoice, the tax and the payment live in the same place as the deal.
Drag a deal from one step to the next, and how likely it is to close comes with it — from the step it is in, rather than from a guess. More than one board, when the business sells in more than one way.
Eighteen countries arrive configured — what the tax is called there, and how it splits. Anywhere else, you set your rate once and invoices carry it from then on. The rate itself comes from the product, then its category, then the workspace.
From the Growth plan, send a payment link through whichever gateway your market actually uses. When the customer pays, the invoice marks itself paid — nobody types it in.
Ask in plain English — “how much came in this month”, “how many open deals over $10k is Sarah closing this month”, “tell me about Acme Inc.”, “what is our win rate”, “make an invoice for Acme Inc., 2,500 for website design” — and she answers from what is actually in your workspace, hearing every part of the question, raises the invoice as a draft, and says “undo that” means undo that. She opens with what changed since you last looked, keeps a standing question for you every Monday, answers on WhatsApp when you message the business number from your own phone, and can be told she is wrong: “the competitor thing is not real” re-scores the deal and stays corrected. Every number she says is one she just counted from your records, never guessed — and your records train nothing outside your workspace.
Who owes you money, biggest and oldest first, with one tap to remind them on WhatsApp. Who opened the quote you sent an hour ago. Whose birthday it is, which customer placed their first order a year ago today, and which festival to greet them for. On every plan, including Free — and silent on a day with nothing to say. From Growth, the repeat business that quietly stopped, with the amount.
An email today, a WhatsApp message in two days, a call on day five — written once, put on any lead, deal, quote or invoice, and stopped the moment they reply. From your own mailbox, never at night. On every plan.
Plan and record visits against the account, for the businesses whose work is on the road.
Roles, profiles, sharing rules and territories, plus an audit log of every change — the things a company asks for the day more than one team depends on the answer.
Everything in the workspace can be read and written by other software you use, with keys you hand out and can take back. Export the lot whenever you like, at no charge — nothing is held hostage.
Customer problems logged and answered before the deadline you set, campaigns you can trace deals back to, a catalogue that carries its own tax rates, and stock that moves when an invoice does.
Intelligence
Your CRM records what happened. Intelligence reads it and says what happens next: which deals are real, which forecast holds, and which customer is quietly leaving. Watch it re-order three deals that look identical from the outside.
EXAMPLE · THREE OPEN DEALS
As your CRM records themAs intelligence reads them
Same three deals. One order is the order they were created in.
Every open deal carries a number and the reasons behind it — who replies, how long it has sat still, who has gone quiet. Not a figure you have to take on faith.
Commit, best case and worst case computed from what the pipeline is actually doing, so the number you take into a board meeting is not a hopeful guess.
The ones going quiet come to the top before their renewal, in order of what they are worth — while there is still time to ring them.
For each deal, the one thing most likely to move it — in order, for the whole team, so the morning starts with a list rather than a decision.
Moving in
Export a CSV from the CRM you use today. We map the columns, run a dry run that writes nothing, and show you exactly what will land before it does.
Every record keeps the id it had in your old CRM. Run the import again next week and matched records update instead of duplicating — so you can move in stages instead of all at once.
Columns are mapped before anything is written, and a row whose shape does not match the header is reported rather than shifted quietly into the next column.
Every record is exportable and the API is open to you. There is no charge to take your own data out. A CRM should be kept by being useful.
