# Root Digit CRM

> The CRM that chases, invoices and answers — without you typing. Root Digit CRM is a CRM for small to large teams: contacts, companies, leads, a visual sales pipeline, quotes, tax-compliant invoices (sales tax, GST and VAT), field visits, campaigns and reports in one place — with voice notes (say what happened after a visit, in English, Hindi, Arabic or Malay, and it writes the note and proposes the updates, keeping no recording) and Amie, an assistant you can ask by voice that answers from your own records in plain English — any record, any condition, a brief on any customer by name, win rate and revenue trends — raises invoices and quotes by talking, follow-ups that send themselves on every plan, tells you what changed since you last looked, answers on WhatsApp, and can be corrected. WhatsApp messages land on the right customer by themselves. Free plan, no card; imports from Zoho, Salesforce and 15 more; works from Claude Desktop and ChatGPT.

Root Digit CRM is made by Root Digit for small to large teams — sales teams, agencies, distributors, field-service businesses — that want one place for contacts, deals, quotes, invoices and follow-ups instead of a spreadsheet and a shared inbox. It bills in seven currencies and issues a compliant tax invoice wherever the business sells: eighteen countries arrive configured — VAT across the Gulf, Europe and Africa, GST in India, Singapore, Australia and Canada, sales tax in the United States — and anywhere else the workspace sets its own rate. Every invoice carries a "Scan to verify" QR code that opens the issuer's own record of it, so an invoice sent by email needs no signature. In India it also prepares the e-invoice file for the government's Invoice Registration Portal and, once the business records the portal's answer, prints the IRN and the portal's signed QR on the invoice.

## Pricing

- Free: free — The whole CRM for a small to large team. Not a trial.
- Growth: $12 / ₹1,000 per month for the workspace — For teams that need forecasting and campaigns that reach people.
- Enterprise: $30 / ₹2,500 per month for the workspace — Every module, the heavier automation, and the controls an audit asks for.
- Intelligence: $53 / ₹4,400 per month for the workspace — Everything in Enterprise, plus predictive scoring and forecasting.
- Add-on packs on paid plans: +100,000 records or +10 GB of file storage, billed monthly.
- Tasks, calendar events, support cases, knowledge articles and notes never count towards a plan's record allowance; only contacts, companies, leads, deals, quotes, invoices, recurring invoices, vendors, sales and purchase orders, and records in a workspace's own modules count.
- Free is the daily work: leads, contacts, companies, deals, quotes, invoices, tasks, follow-ups, calendar, inbox, ready-made reports, products and price books. Growth adds the report builder, Win back, campaigns and mass email, credit notes, recurring invoices, customer cases, field visits, sales and purchase orders with vendors, the knowledge base, forecasts, web forms, custom fields, workflow rules, integrations (online payment links through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Cashfree or CCAvenue among them), the REST API and a custom domain. Recording a payment by hand is on every plan. Enterprise adds approvals and processes, inventory, the customer portal, paid SMS routes and custom modules. Intelligence adds the predictive pages and Ask Amie.
- A page the plan does not include stays in the menu with a lock and names the plan that has it. An administrator can try that plan free for one day: once per workspace and once per person, 24 hours, never paused or extended, not during the 14-day signup trial. The day opens the plan's pages, not its limits, its API access or a custom domain.
- No data is exported during a trial — the 14-day signup trial or a one-day trial; exports open on a plan, or when the day ends. The REST API and MCP are off during the signup trial, and during a one-day trial they keep only what the paid plan includes.

## What no other CRM does
- Voice notes, on the Intelligence plan: after a visit, tap the microphone and say what happened — in English, Hindi, Arabic or Malay, or any of them mixed with English in one sentence ("deal pakki ho gayi, 2 lakh final, kal 11 baje agreement bhejna hai"; "deal dah jadi, RM 50 ribu"; "وافقوا على السعر ١٢٠ ألف درهم"). The CRM writes a tidy note on the record and proposes the changes the words point to — the stage, the amount, the closing date, the next step, a follow-up task with its day and time, a phone number or email — each shown with the words it was heard from; nothing changes until the person ticks it, and one tap saves the note and the ticked changes. Speech becomes text in the browser or on the phone, so Root Digit never receives or keeps a recording — only the words. On the web and in the Android app.
- Ask Amie by voice, on the Intelligence plan and its trials: when the CRM opens, Amie greets the person by name with what today holds (follow-ups due, money due this week, meetings today — from their own records, money left out where their profile hides it) and asks what they want. They tap the microphone and say it; she answers from their records, and anything she would make or change (a task, a lead, a quote, a logged call) comes back as a card they confirm in one tap. Typing works everywhere speaking does. Short answers are read aloud in the browser's or phone's own voice only once the person turns that on; it is off until they do. Listening stops by itself after a pause. Questions in Arabic, Malay or Hindi are read and answered in English, which she says plainly. She never listens until the microphone is tapped. On the web and in the Android app.
- Amie, an assistant that answers from your own records, asked in plain English. She reads the whole question — any kind of record filtered by date, owner, amount, stage, customer or city, counted, totalled, averaged or grouped — gives a brief on a customer, deal, contact or invoice by name, and answers the manager questions (win rate, sales cycle, revenue trend, top customers and products, leaderboard, lead conversion, team activity). Follow-ups refine the last question ("only Sarah's", "what about last quarter"). Every number she says is one she just counted; her AI runs on Root Digit's own servers, and your records train nothing outside your workspace. The questions asked of her help teach her new ways of asking: kept for 90 days with names, numbers, amounts, dates, emails and phone numbers replaced, and any word Amie doesn't already know hidden; never her answer, your records, or who asked. An administrator can turn this off.
- Follow-up autopilot, on every plan: a cadence (for example, day 0 an email, day 2 a WhatsApp message, day 5 a call) runs on a lead, contact, deal, quote or invoice and stops by itself when the person replies, somebody logs a call or meeting, or it closes. Emails go from the workspace's own mailbox or mail server and count toward the plan's monthly email allowance; WhatsApp steps send through the workspace's WhatsApp provider (Meta, Bird, Twilio or Gupshup) — the written message within 24 hours of the customer's last message, an approved template otherwise — and become a task with the message ready only when neither can go; calls become tasks; nothing is sent at night or on Sundays, and opted-out people are never followed up.
- Customer email goes out the way the workspace chooses under Settings → Email & communication: a connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, the company's own mail server (SMTP, with the password encrypted and the connection checked before it is used), SendGrid or Amazon SES — and with nothing connected, Root Digit mail, so invoices, quotes and one-to-one emails can be sent from the first day under the business's name, with replies going to the sender. Campaigns always use a mail server or sending service, never a personal mailbox. WhatsApp goes through Meta's WhatsApp Business API, Bird (formerly MessageBird), Twilio or Gupshup, and customers' replies land on their records. A mailbox, the mail server and a WhatsApp provider can be connected on every plan, including Free; the rest of the integrations are on the paid plans.
- Invoices, quotes, credit notes, sales and purchase orders raised by talking to her; always a draft; "undo that" works.
- She opens with what changed since you last looked, keeps standing questions ("every Monday, which deals slipped"), answers on WhatsApp, sits in the corner of every screen, and can be corrected ("the competitor thing is not real") - the correction changes how that workspace's deal scores weigh it.
- WhatsApp messages land on the right customer by themselves. Lead ads and web forms arrive as leads.
- Every morning, on every plan: the chase list with one-tap WhatsApp reminders, who is reading the quote you sent, birthdays and festival greetings. On Growth and up, Win back lists the repeat business that stopped.
- Intelligence that compounds: scores fitted on your own closed deals, forecast calibration after three months, win patterns after five wins and five losses.
- A real MCP server with OAuth sign-in for Claude Desktop, ChatGPT and Claude Code.
